Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for damaged or defective products.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- To initiate a return, you can:
- Log in to your account on our website and request a return, or
- Email us at contact@stichin.com with your order number and details.
- All returns are free of charge – we’ll cover the shipping cost for sending the item back.
Exchanges
- Size/fit issues are not eligible for return but can be exchanged for the correct size.
- Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
All exchanges are free of charge – we’ll cover the shipping both ways.
Important Notes
- Refunds are only applicable for damaged/defective returns and will be processed after quality checks.
- Shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable.
- Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
