At Stichin Studio, we care about your shopping experience and want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for damaged or defective products.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • To initiate a return, you can:
  • Log in to your account on our website and request a return, or
  • Email us at contact@stichin.com with your order number and details.
  • All returns are free of charge – we’ll cover the shipping cost for sending the item back.

Exchanges

  1. Size/fit issues are not eligible for return but can be exchanged for the correct size.
  2. Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

All exchanges are free of charge – we’ll cover the shipping both ways.

Important Notes

  1. Refunds are only applicable for damaged/defective returns and will be processed after quality checks.
  2. Shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable.
  3. Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
